About
Orktober is a fun, community-driven painting challenge celebrating all things Ork. Running throughout October, it is the perfect excuse to finally paint those green skins, whether that is a single character, a full unit, a diorama, or something completely over the top.
Hosted by the Golden Demon Compendium, Orktober is about enjoying the hobby, trying new ideas, and sharing your work with other painters. There is no pressure to be perfect. This challenge is all about creativity, character, and having a good time with your painting.
Entries are judged on overall paint quality, creativity, and presentation, with shout-outs and awards going to standout pieces. Most importantly, Orktober is about taking part, making progress, and celebrating everyone’s love of painting Orks.
If you like green paint, big guns, and loud models, Orktober is for you. Grab a brush and get stuck in.
